NO BETTER MEAL THAN A HOME-MADE MEAL
It's a lot of fun to actually re-create your favourite brunch dish in your very own kitchen! It took me so much hesitation to actually get down to whipping this up! My very own eggs benedict - that savory tower of poached egg, grilled smoked ham, and freshly made warm hollandaise sauce (that turned out too buttery), on English muffins which I got off the shelves, was definitely a showstopper for my family!
Not forgetting the sauteed mushrooms and grilled potatoes that I made to dress them up as sides!
Take a slow Saturday or Sunday & make your own eggs Benedict for you and your folks!
Trust me, the taste is definitely very different when it's home made because the whole impact from flavor to the experience is just very very very supreme ;)
